On October 24, Dr. Huang HUANG--Associate Dean of School of Government, Vice Director of Institute of Public Governance, Director of Public Policy Research Center--was invited to attend the 17th China National Computer Congress (CNCC) 2020, and was invited to give a speech at the "Modernization of Social Governance in Cities" sub-forum. The sub-forum was presided by Professor Xiaoyong DU from Renmin University of China. Professor Shizheng FENG from Renmin University of China, Vice President Song LIU from Alibaba Group, and Vice President Yu ZHENG from JD also attended the sub-forum as guest speakers.
CNCC is the annual event held by China Computer Federation (CCF) with its first launch in 2003. Each year, CNCC takes place in different cities and have been attended by many leading authorities in academics and industries. The topic of this year focused on Information Technology Empowering Social Governance, which consists of 14 panel speeches, 3 sub-forums, hundreds of discussions and other related activities.
