On April 8th, the first panel discussion of the Jinrongjie community governance research was held in Liao Kaiyuan Building. The dean of the school of government of Peking University and the total of the project YanJiRong, the deputy director of the Jinrongjie offices Hao Zhanjun, the vice president of the school of government of Peking university and the project group members YanJie, as well as some team members attended the meeting. The meeting listened to the recent research reports of each group, and analyzed and discussed the two core issues, that was party building guidance and responding to complaints, as well as the case base on community governance, digital governance and street system research. The problems found in the research were summarized, and the research direction and entry point for the next step were defined. The meeting also made arrangements for the mid-term report and the next meeting.

On April 15th, community governance research symposium was held in the Jinrongjie offices, Peking University team members Zeng Yu, Zhang Gangsheng and the deputy director of the Jinrongjie office Hao Zhanjun, the director of community building office Zhao Xinyu took part in the symposium. the two sides exchange ideas on party building guidance and responding to complaints. The meeting decided that follow research would focus on community mobilization and service for residents, focusing on 5-6 typical communities. The project team will continue to keep close contact with the Jinrongjie by sending interns and publishing research trends. It is expected that the research and observation of the project team will contribute to the innovation of the Jinrongjie community governance model and the shaping of community governance concepts. In addition, the Peking University team also had warm exchanges with the staff of The Jinrongjie Office on digital street governance and system construction, and further clarified the future research direction and ideas through communication.

The meeting listened to the recent research report of each group, and exchanged and discussed the next research direction of the sub-work of "Party building leading", "responding to complaints immediately" and "digital governance". The meeting also made arrangements for recent research, interviews, mid-term reports and other work.

On May 7th, the third panel discussion of the the Jinrongjie community governance research was held in Liao Kaiyuan Building. The dean of the school of government of Peking University and the total of the project YanJiRong, the vice president of the school of government of Peking university and the project group members YanJie, the deputy director of the Jinrongjie office Hao Zhanjun, and some team members attended the meeting both online and offline. The conference focused on several topics such as Party building guidance, handling complaints immediately, digital street governance and case collection. The team put forward suggestions for the problems encountered in the research of the above issues, and had a heated discussion on how to mobilize and integrate party members and the executive-led consultation.

On May 28th, to study and sum up the experiences of other street community governance, the Jinrongjie community governance research members Zhang Gangsheng, Li Qinggang, Tong Tianyang investigate and survey de sheng street in Xi Cheng district. The chief of website intelligence office Zhao Pei, the chief of party leading office Yu Miao, and the informatization office Hou Jian took part in the discussion which was basically around Party building guidance, handling complaints immediately, digital street governance. Through this research, the project team understood the use of construction funds, the construction of grassroots party organizations, community building, and the intelligent method in garbage classification, epidemic prevention and control, pension services applications of the street and studied the innovation experience on party leading, active governance. In addition, the forum also discussed community governance issues such as vaccination, parking problems, property management committee, informatization development direction and difficulties in grassroots governance.
