On December 29, the 2020 annual work conference of was held in Liao Kaiyuan Building. The director of the Institute Yan Jirong, the deputy directors Li Haiyan, Ju Hua, Yan Jie and Huang Huang, the deputy director of the academic committee Yang Lihua, and the administrative personnel attended the conference.

The meeting summarized the achievements of the Institute in 2020, and deliberated and passed a series of rules and regulations, such as " Reward Measures for Scientific Research Achievements", "Regulations on Archives Construction and Management", "Regulations on Public Governance Cases and Database Platform Management of Peking University", which put forward clear requirements for further improving work efficiency and promoting work institutionalization, standardization and procedural.

The Meeting

The participants discussed the problems existing in the current work, analyzed and studied the difficulties and challenges, and proposed solutions.

The meeting reviewed the Institute's work plan for 2021, analyzed the platform construction, scientific research management, exchange and cooperation, publicity and publication, and put forward new requirements and goals for the specific work the next year combining with the Institute's development plan.

In addition, the meeting also defined the focus work of the Institute in 2021, and discussed and adopted the financial budget for 2021.
