On July 7th, the third IPG management committee meeting in 2021 was held at Liao Kaiyuan Building. Director of the Institute Yan Jirong, deputy director Li Haiyan, Huang Huang, Ju Hua and administrative staff attended the meeting.

The meeting carried out in-depth discussions on the proposed team building project schemes, specific research directions, team member compositions and project budgets.

The goal of "team building" is to create a famous academic brand, to train the team members to become the high level academic talents, and to form the persistent academic influence, through rich academic activities, a variety of academic resources, and publishing authority academic achievements. Therefore, team building projects should be "people-oriented" and clear the research direction of the team and specific training programs.

The meeting emphasized that team leaders should optimize the team structure by combining the research expertise of the team members, and at the same time should absorb and gather more social resources in the research process.
