On the May 24th, the second IPG management committee meeting in 2021 was held in Liao Kaiyuan Building. Director of the Institute Yan Jirong, deputy director Li Haiyan, Huang Huang, Ju Hua and administrative staff attended the meeting.

The conference focused on key project team building, academic activity planning, electronic journal and other work.

The meeting discussed and proposed a list of key project team leaders, and emphasized that key projects should introduce a competition mechanism to ensure that the key project team has a clear research goal, and that the team has a reasonable structure of professional knowledge, title and age, so as to maintain the team's continuous innovation ability and development ability.

The meeting exchanged views on the content and scale of academic activities of key projects and stressed that academic activities should be continuous and innovative and strive to build a famous academic brand.

The meeting deliberated the samples of electronic journals, and put forward specific suggestions on topic classification, content setting, layout design, etc.
